Katy and Alex had an incredibly fun Castlefield rooms wedding in July
Katy and Alex’s Castlefield rooms wedding really showed what a fun day you can have if you don’t take yourself too seriously. Don’t get me wrong, weddings are serious. The vows that you undertake in front of your friends and family are not to be taken lightly. Judging from the couple of tears shed over the course of the day from both bride and groom I would say that both Katy and Alex knew this.
But the day wasn’t all tears and meaningful platitudes. It was about having fun. A wedding is a celebration. A celebration of two brilliant people finding one another and vowing to share their lives together. If that isn’t a reason to celebrate then I don’t know what is. Katy and Alex had a lot of bridesmaids and groomsmen. I think I lost count after 30 (just kidding). But that means that there are lots more people to celebrate with you throughout the day. There was a real buzz of excitement in both camps in the morning that ran all the way through to the ceremony and on to the castlefield rooms wedding reception.
The gorgeous weather helped too. This meant the everyone had come out to enjoy the sunshine and having a Castlefield rooms wedding in the sunshine meant that Katy and Alex got to add the buzz of Castlefield to that of their wedding day.
Such a fun day, such a great couple. Congratulations guys.
