Claire & Addison had an incredible Guardswell Farm wedding in Scotland on a perfect summer’s day.
Beautiful summer wedding.
Scotland is a beautiful place, Especially when (like Guardswell Farm is) you’re perched high on a hill and it’s a bright summer’s day. Therefore one of the best things about Scottish weddings is that you tend to get beautiful views. That was certainly the case here. Within a minute of arriving for this Guardswell Farm wedding I may have made a little yelp of joy at that view. You could see for miles. Then I saw that Claire and Addison would be getting married out on the lawn, with that view as their backdrop and I got even more excited. This was going to be some wedding… and I wasn’t wrong.
So much fun stuff.
We had so much to incorporate into this wedding film. Smoke bombs, donkeys, dough encrusted lamb, a Scottish wedding Cèilidh and more. This was an incredible Guardswell Farm wedding. But there at the centre of it all were Claire and Addison. The whole wedding day really resonated with who they were as a couple. They were cool, they were super friendly and they were so much fun. You could so easily see who they were as a couple and you could understand why they’d chosen to spend the rest of their lives together.
It was so easy to work with them and we felt so welcome at their wedding.
When we were packing down to leave at the end our day the tunes were so good and the atmosphere so electric that we had to stay for a few songs to get our groove on. You know it’s been a good day when your second shooter almost refuses to leave because he’s having too much fun.
Photography on the day was by the awesome Wonderful and strange.
