Now september can be a tricky time of the year to have a wedding: it can be cold, it can be wet, it can be depressing… but luckily for Hannah and Mike this particular day decided to buck the trend. We were lucky enough to get some glorious sunshine which really showed off the lovely Sandhole Oak Barn to its full potential.
As an Englishman I could go on and on about the weather but I should really turn my attention to the real reasons for being out on that particular day: Hannah and Mike. Hannah was so laid back, you’d almost think this was something she did every day. As you can see, she was constantly smiling throughout the day and taking everything in her stride… I mean, her dress even had pockets, how laid back and casual is that? Now Mike, if we’re to believe anything his best man told us, is the complete opposite. A man of intense passion and focus that would let nothing come in the way of his beloved football… or rugby, or tennis, or pretty much any sport for that matter. Though having said this he kept a pretty cool and calm demeanor throughout the whole day (despite both the Vicar and his very own best man failing to recall his name correctly), that is until he got on the dancefloor. I’ve never seen a groom with such moves. The whole of the reception party seemed to get in on the dancefloor action, even the wonderful Cassandra Lane who was on photography duty that day couldn’t help but get involved in the melee of rhythm. Much to my own despair I had to refrain from dancing, as there’s no amount of post production able to fix footage from a camera being held by a man giving his all to Uptown Funk.[/vpb_column_text][/vpb_column][/vpb_row]
